Every Elite Paradise Travel departure is a fully designed, fully escorted group experience. The itinerary is set. The destinations are chosen. The hotels are vetted. The experiences are sequenced. You’re not hiring me to build something from scratch. You’re joining something that’s already ready for you.

A $300 per person planning fee applies to all bookings. It’s non-refundable and due before anything moves on my end.

So what does $300 actually get you?

It’s a fair question. The trip is already planned, so what are you paying for?

You’re paying for everything that happens between the moment you say yes and the moment you walk back through your front door after the trip of your life. That includes:

  • A real conversation where I make sure this trip is genuinely the right fit for you
  • Your booking handled from start to finish, no chasing confirmations yourself
  • A payment schedule set up and tracked so you’re never caught off guard
  • Pre-departure documents prepared and in your hands before you leave
  • A point of contact who actually responds when you have questions leading up to departure
  • Me, on the ground with you, for the entire trip

That last one is the part people don’t fully appreciate until they’re in it. Having someone with you in a foreign country who knows the itinerary, knows the suppliers, and knows how to handle it when something doesn’t go according to plan is not a small thing. That’s what you’re buying.

What the planning fee doesn’t cover.

The planning fee is separate from your trip price. It does not cover your trip cost, airfare, travel insurance, visa or passport fees, gratuities, or any other travel expenses. Those are separate. The planning fee covers my professional time and service, nothing else.

The fine print, explained plainly.

It’s non-refundable.

Once you pay the planning fee, it’s not coming back regardless of whether you ultimately book. My time goes to work for you the moment we start talking. I’m not charging you for clicking buttons. I’m charging you for the expertise and hours that go into making sure your experience is worth every penny of the trip cost.

It’s due before anything starts.

I don’t begin any coordination, outreach, or booking until the fee is received and confirmed. This keeps things simple and makes sure the people I’m spending real time on are ready to go.

Scope changes may cost more.

If something significant shifts after we’ve started, I’ll always let you know in writing if an additional fee applies before moving forward. No surprises.

You could book this yourself. But you won’t get this.

Anyone can book a flight and find a hotel. What you can’t replicate on your own is the vetting, the relationships with trusted suppliers on the ground, the pacing of an itinerary built specifically for this kind of travel, and someone who shows up with you and stays until it’s done.

I specialize in luxury group travel to South Korea and Thailand for women. That focus is intentional. It means I know these destinations in a way that takes years to build, and your $300 buys you direct access to that.
