Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 11, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to services provided by Elite Paradise Travel LLC (“Advisor,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and govern your use of our website and our travel planning and booking services. By submitting an inquiry, engaging our services, paying a planning fee, or authorizing a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Advisor Role & Scope of Services
We act as an independent travel advisor and facilitate travel planning and bookings through third-party suppliers (including, but not limited to, airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies, and car rental providers). We do not own or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, or performance.
Our services may include consultation, research, itinerary design, proposal delivery, booking coordination, and assistance before and during travel, depending on the scope of your trip and the service level you select.
2. Professional Planning Fees
Planning fees (also referred to as professional service fees) compensate us for consultation, research, itinerary design, and coordination services. Planning fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
Your fee amount, what it covers, and any applicable credits (if offered) will be provided to you in writing (for example via invoice, proposal, or Planning Fee Guide) prior to payment.
Important: Planning fees are separate from supplier booking costs and do not guarantee availability, pricing, or booking confirmation.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
All quotes are subject to availability and change until booked and confirmed. Travel pricing can change rapidly due to supplier inventory, dynamic pricing, currency fluctuations, and promotional rules. We are not responsible for price increases or availability changes that occur before booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes do not include items such as travel insurance, passport/visa fees, vaccination/testing requirements, incidentals, gratuities, upgrades, or optional excursions.
4. Deposits, Payments, and Authorizations
Supplier deposits and final payments are governed by supplier terms and deadlines. By providing payment details and authorizing us to book, you confirm you have permission to use the payment method and you authorize charges required to complete the booking.
We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed securely through suppliers or third-party payment platforms.
If a payment is declined or not received by a supplier deadline, bookings may be cancelled and penalties may apply. You are responsible for all supplier-imposed penalties, fees, or fare differences resulting from missed deadlines or failed payments.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Supplier Penalties
All cancellations and changes are subject to supplier rules and may result in penalties, loss of deposit, or non-refundable charges. Many travel products are partially or fully non-refundable.
Change requests (including name corrections, date changes, room changes, flight changes, or rebooking) may incur supplier fees and may also require additional advisor service fees depending on the complexity and time involved.
If you cancel or reduce the scope of a trip after we have begun work, planning fees remain non-refundable.
6. Commission & Advisor Compensation
Some suppliers pay commissions to travel advisors after travel is completed. Commission is not guaranteed and may be reduced or reversed due to cancellation, non-payment, no-show, early departure, supplier policy, chargebacks, or other supplier actions.
If a supplier reverses or denies commission due to client-initiated cancellation or chargeback, we reserve the right to recover costs or unpaid service fees consistent with applicable law and the agreements you accept when authorizing bookings.
7. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (including trip cancellation/interruption and medical coverage) to protect your investment and cover unexpected events. Insurance coverage varies by policy; you are responsible for selecting coverage appropriate for your needs.
If you decline insurance, you assume responsibility for any losses arising from cancellations, delays, medical needs, supplier penalties, or unforeseen events. We may require written acknowledgment of insurance acceptance or decline.
8. Passports, Visas, Health, and Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, documentation, and entry permissions required for travel. Many destinations require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond return dates; rules vary.
We may provide general guidance, but requirements can change at any time. You agree to verify current requirements with official government sources and relevant suppliers prior to departure.
9. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, losses, or additional costs caused by events beyond our control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supplier shutdowns, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, supplier terms and insurance coverage (if purchased) will govern refunds, credits, and claims. Planning fees remain non-refundable for work performed.
10. Accuracy of Traveler Information
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details exactly as they appear on government-issued identification (including full legal names, dates of birth, passport information, and contact details). Errors may result in supplier penalties, denied boarding, or loss of funds, and you accept responsibility for related costs.
11. Communications & Office Hours
We communicate primarily by email and scheduled appointments. Our standard office hours are Mon–Fri | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET. Response times may vary outside of office hours, weekends, and holidays. For time-sensitive issues during travel, we will provide appropriate supplier contacts and/or emergency guidance as available.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape content. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Paradise Travel LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from supplier acts or omissions, travel disruptions, Force Majeure events, or client failure to follow requirements.
In any event, our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total professional fees paid directly to us for the trip in question.
14. Disputes, Chargebacks, and Collections
If you dispute charges (including chargebacks) for authorized services or supplier bookings, you agree to first contact us in writing to attempt resolution. Chargebacks can cause suppliers to cancel bookings and may result in penalties. You are responsible for costs, penalties, and unpaid fees arising from unauthorized or bad-faith disputes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
